DEG recognises that the objective of the master plan is a road map for the future growth. Flexibility is essential to allow for change. We are certain that detailed requirements identified when preparing the master plan will be different when implemented in years to come. We therefore understand that the planning structure needs to be robust so that these different growth scenarios can be accommodated.
The proposal aims for more than just ecological engagement with the environment but also creating a lively framework through the effective design of public space. With the waterway imagined as the “social seam”, three zones of activities were organised through the District namely the Ripple, Leaf, and Vein Zones.
Located on the southern part of Bandar Subway township, the objective of this 65 hectares master plan is to create a special place where people can live, work, earn and play such that it will fulfil their aspirations with a peace of mind and a sense of belong. The theme of the master plan is to create a contemporary tropical themed architect which will take advantage of breezeways, shade cover and expansive views across the 9 hectares lake. The luxury waterfront development with lavish and spacious interiors features large cover Lanai balconies, generous overhangs and open lourved spaces to suit local climate and maximise light, breezes and water views.
