What We Do

Our Team has been involved in a whole spectrum of educational / institutional facilities, from Primary and Secondary schools, to higher educational institutions (JCs, ITEs & Polytechnics) and to tertiary institutions such as and recently the upgrading and new facilities including the dormitories for the Assumption Pathway School at the Boys’ Town. Our Team of Architects has also vast experience in upgrading works ranging from Universities, Polytechnics, Educational Institutions, National Monument, Public Housing and Industrial Buildings.

Furthermore, our Principal Architect, Mr Chan Seng Kee was the Architect for the first Wafer Fabrication with clean room facilities in Singapore for the then SGS-Thomson Microelectronics. Over a span of thirty plus years, we have been providing continuous Architectural Consultancy for the client for their microelectronics factories in Singapore, Malaysia and Shenzhen, China.

Most recently, we were awarded the opportunity to build the 300 bed Institute of Mental Hospital. We have since continued to grow our experience in healthcare by being invited to bid for more jobs with that industry.
